The Little Daisy came to Tulen looking to reach more engaged couples and guests searching for a historic wedding venue in Jerome, Arizona.
With a strong organic presence already in place, the team at The Little Daisy knew they had something special. Certain dates were still going unfilled and their booking process wasn’t built to scale. We recommended paid ads immediately as the highest-leverage move, and as we scaled across Google and Meta, we built out campaigns around multiple booking goals to make sure no opportunity was being left on the table.
One of The Little Daisy’s core challenges is geography. Jerome sits slightly outside the main Sedona and Phoenix markets, the two places where most Arizona couples begin their venue search. This made it difficult for the property to rank organically for the searches that mattered most. Our solution was to run targeted ad campaigns that pushed The Little Daisy into those markets directly. Now, when a couple searches for a wedding venue in Sedona or Phoenix and hasn’t heard of Jerome, our campaigns show up and capture guests who would have otherwise never found the property.
Lead volume tells the story clearly. Before Tulen, The Little Daisy was averaging under 150 inquiries per month. Today that number sits at 410, nearly a 3x increase driven entirely through paid ads.
Our Work
Our Strategy
We also worked with the team to solve a challenge that’s unique to high-end destination venues: short-term availability. The Little Daisy books large, $40,000-plus weekend experiences two to three years in advance. But shoulder months and last-minute gaps are a different problem entirely. To address this, we helped the team release targeted micro-wedding offerings, full-day photoshoot packages, and bachelorette experiences designed to fill those windows and keep revenue consistent year-round.
Then came the Netflix moment.
The Little Daisy was selected as a filming location for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, and with the episode set to air in January 2026, the team knew a spike was coming. They came to us to help them get ahead of it. We built out a full lead and booking management system ahead of the air date, complete with variable automated responses based on inquiry type and dynamic pricing logic, so that when thousands of inquiries flooded in, the team could manage them without missing a single opportunity.
The result was a system built to handle scale, not just a busy season. The Little Daisy now manages thousands of leads per month through an automated pipeline that qualifies, responds, and routes prospects without the team having to manually touch every inquiry. Through paid ads alone, the property now averages $66,000 in tracked bookings every month.
